In-stock items can be picked up in Setúbal, or by arrangement in Lisbon.

Available to order in other colors. Production time: 5 days.

If any materials are temporarily unavailable, they will be ordered specifically for your handbag, and production will be completed within 5 days after they are received.

Shipping
Shipping across Portugal and the EU is available by post, according to standard postal rates.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for ready-made items only, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will gladly resolve the issue.

• Please note: due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations in color and texture are normal and not considered defects.
