The platform eliminates the need to create your own website or compete for attention on overcrowded services like OLX. We offer an organized space with intuitive navigation and clear structure, where your goods won't get lost among countless listings.

The platform provides media support: articles, curated collections, participation in special projects and programs. All transactions are conducted legally and securely through the official Stripe payment system, which is especially important when selling valuable items.

On All Portugal Shop, you can also offer services - consultations, professional services, lessons, and masterclasses - finding new clients through the project's wide audience while operating completely legitimately.

To list a product on the All Portugal Shop platform, sellers need to provide structured information about themselves and their products or services: contact details, product description, specifications, price, quantity, as well as delivery and return terms by completing a form on the website.

The form should be accompanied by product photos. It's important to note that different product categories require separate forms—this helps describe each product accurately and place it correctly on the site.

After receiving your form, the All Portugal Shop team processes it, verifies the information, and publishes your product on the platform. You can share the link across your promotional channels and monitor publications about your products on the project's media platforms.

For secure and legal financial transactions on AP Shop, you'll need to provide your Stripe payment system wallet number. If you don't have one yet, follow the simple registration instructions.

Stripe is a secure international payment system that allows you to legally accept payments. Registration takes just a few minutes, after which you'll be able to receive payments from customers directly to your account.

Stripe complies with the international PCI DSS standard. This means the system protects customer data, automatically processes transactions, and minimizes the risk of errors. All operations are transparent—you see every payment in your personal account, and money arrives quickly without complicated procedures.

1. Account Creation and Payment Methods The seller creates a Stripe account and confirms their data (personal or business). Customers can pay using cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods. Stripe doesn't share the card number with the seller—instead, it encrypts and processes the information on its own servers.

2. Payment Verification and Security Stripe verifies card validity, requests confirmation from the bank, completes 3D Secure verification (if required), and protects the transaction from fraud. If the bank confirms the payment, the transaction is considered successful.

3. Fund Transfer and Reporting After confirmation, Stripe deducts a small commission and transfers the remaining amount to the seller's account (the timeline depends on return conditions). The seller receives sales statistics, information on each transaction, reports for accounting purposes, and access to returns and cancellation systems.

Stripe accepts payments from your customers and transfers money to your bank account, but this system doesn't replace the tax documents you're required to issue through Portal das Finanças: recibos verdes or invoices.

When a customer pays for a product or service through Stripe, the system generates a transaction confirmation, payment data, and payout reports.

After receiving funds through Stripe, you access Portal das Finanças, create a recibo verde (if you're self-employed) or fatura/recibo (if registered as a company), and legally conduct business in Portugal!

Your income flows through an official bank account, meaning it's completely transparent and properly reported to the tax authorities.

After the seller's form is processed, the product card appears on the platform, usually within 1 to 3 business days.

The buyer selects their desired product, adds it to the cart, and pays online. They immediately receive an email confirming the purchase and the seller's contact information from their form.

The seller receives information about the purchase and contacts the buyer to clarify delivery terms and conditions.

All Portugal Shop is an information platform where sellers and buyers connect without the extra costs associated with typical marketplace services. This reduces sales expenses while distributing operational responsibility between seller and buyer.

AP Shop does not control the delivery and product transfer process: after a purchase is made, the seller interacts directly with the buyer.

Seven days after the purchase, if neither the buyer nor seller provides information indicating the product wasn't delivered or accepted, funds are automatically transferred to the seller's account minus 15%, the commission charged by the payment system and the platform.
